I have started my work of writing blogs; try to solving the discussions inside SCN. Now I’m feeling good and want to give better performance always to all SCN Members who is raising questions. How I can take myself to attain this.

Dear Outstanding SCN Members,

“Tell me and I'll forget, show me and I may remember, involve me and I'll understand.”  - Chinese Proverb

I liked this proverb because SAP involved me to became a member to learn everything in a single ground named as “ SAP SCN”. I can and thanks to SAP. Someone asked me yesterday, what’s going on in the world? I said the interesting thing was recently SAP has announced their Business Suite powered by HANA.

A Common man asked me something, but I have replied regarding SAP. Like so many people are interesting to know, to learn, to understand and ready to share their knowledge to everyone. They found the place called SAP SCN. But there is no guidance.

I have started a personal BlogSpot 2 years back named as “ SAP Techno  - Learning & Sharing”. My first post was “Structure of ERP”, then what is ERP, Advantages and What is SAP and so on.  At that time if I know this SCN with proper guidance I might be outstanding now. Past has past. Plan to live with present with you guys and focusing on everyone future including myself.

Dears, you may have good experience and knowledge and ability to solve more than one problem at a time and know how to write an excellent blog and how to make extraordinary documents.  I request you to motivate us. Inside SCN there are many things other than discussion, poll, blog and documents. Moderators and outstanding people should discuss and come with a good solution about “How to guide a new person who joined the SCN family recently”.

I have an idea to assign one SCN top active contributor to guide 25 newly joined members and take them to next level.  Manage 1 moderator to guide 10 SCN top active contributors and 1 mentor to direct 5-10 moderators. Give us more relationship among all and think them to attn TechEd to see their networks and share their thoughts face to face.

Like me so many member may think to get an proper guidance. Idea can change everything. Comment your thoughts to take it forward.
