There is another way to activate/deactivate through the Filter menu

Step 1: Create the condition in the BEx Query

Step 2:

Use the BEx Query as a data source in Analysis Office

Use the Filter Menu as shown below

The other alternative is to use the context menu to activate/deactivate filter
