Last week, we had an action packed show.  That may be misleading.  It was more of a “host packed” show.  The gang’s all here, for the first time ever.  Greg, Jamie, Clint, Josh, Dallas, and I revisit all the things that we thought made for an awesome 2012 in the SAP BusinessObjects community.

Just in case you missed the show, swing by the show page on dslayer.net.

And now, Out Top 10 of 2012 show notes!

0:00 – Whoops, starts off sounding poorly but that won’t last.

0:26 – We are worldwide.

1:26 – Welcome to Season 3 Episode 4.

1:35 – A very tiny bit about community news.  Mastering SAP Tech is around the corner…as in end of March.

2:14 – Jamie is running on something special in this giant beauty of a beer coffee mug.  It holds not one, not two, not three, but FOUR beers coffees.

3:15 – #10!  SAP Visual Intelligence.

3:30 – Wait!  What’s this?  An on-air apology from Clint to Jamie.  Grovel.

7:35 – #9! DSLayer on the ASUG News Studio stage at SBOUC.  #9b was the temporary tattoos.  What happens in Orlando stays in Orlando.

9:47 – #8!  SAP HANA + SAP BusinessObjects BI4.

11:00 – #7! The statement of direction for Sybase IQ.  Clint snuck that in somehow.

12:36 – #6! The Jamie Oswald Experience at SAP TechEd Last Vegas.

13:22 – #5! DSLayer goes global.  Throw a rock at a conference and you’ll probably hit us.  Preferably Clint.  Be warned, he hits back.  If you want to help us get to your country, buy a shirt, will ya?

14:39 – #4! New products, like SAP Predictive Analysis and SAP BusinessObjects Design Studio.

17:11 – #3! The Death of Deski, or wherever it stands.

20:11 – Ack Zombies.

20:24 – #2! HTML5 in our midst/The death of flash.

23:55 – #1! Thank you, SAP, for SAP BusinessObjects BI4 Feature Pack 3/Support Pack 4.  You made BI4 not a wee bit on the tough side to keep running.

Happy New Year from the Diversified Semantic Layer crew.
