In January 2013 the NRF will kick off its annual Big Show in
NYC to “officially” bring to a close the 2012 holiday season and kick off the start
of the new retail year. This year’s show will provide SAP’s largest ever commitment
to NRF and in that commitment, if you’re a store operations exec or have
anything to do with customer facing processes, you will most definitely want to
pay us a visit.

6 years ago with the acquisition of Business Objects and subsequently SYBASE, Success Factors

and ARIBA, SAP has been marching down the path to bringing customer centricity to our offering.
