I attended the recent Illumiti SAP Plant Maintenance Event in Toronto. Besides going from a record high temperature on one day to snowing the next, it was a great opportunity for mining companies to get together to talk about how they are using SAP for plant maintenance and to learn new tips and tricks. We also had a great discussion and demonstration of mobile computing applications for maintenance - some really cool apps are available today! The plan is to have these user conferences once or twice a year - great opportunity to network with other industry peers, too.
