Speaker Engagement Session at SAP University Alliances Program Member School
On 4 December, Gautam Arora, CRM Manager – Global Delivery, SAP India, delivered a session on SAP CRM to 70 MBA students of Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon. He addressed an enthusiastic gathering at MDI and gave them an overview on how CRM helps in achieving sales effectiveness. He also made the students aware of how SAP CRM Sales and CRM services has been changing the game worldwide for SAP customers and also shared some of the success stories of our customers who have implemented SAP CRM. The students found the session very exciting and relevant to their learning’s on ERP.
