      About Mobile Retail, the Mobility Innovation Center (MIC) has built 2 prototypes dealing with the Consumer and Store manager experience. It also leverages indoor localisation technology, for defining location based offers as well as giving directions to the consumer.

      Or, the more realistic scenario... Customer walks into store, sees product in person, uses smartphone to order at a lower price elsewhere (Amazon, etc).  Just saying that big box stores are being negatively impacted with empowered customers, as well.  These scenarios just do not seem very realistic to me.
