SICF Service load balancing through SAP Web dispatcher
Load distribution can be done through following way
• Message Server
• SAP Web Dispatcher
Activate SICF service
Login to your SAP system and run transaction code SA38
Program : RSICF_SERVICE_ACTIVATION
Note:
Through Message server select: MESSAGESERVER-LOADBALANCING
Through SAP Web dispatcher select WEBDISPATCHER-LOADBALANCING

Maintaining logon groups in the ICF service
Open SICF service you want to use with load balancing group and assign logon group
Note: Logon groups can be maintained through Transaction code SMLG
Logon groups check
Navigate to: Goto > Expert Functions > HTTP > Load Groups
Goto > Expert Functions > HTTP > URL Logon Groups
You will see the logon group you setup on SICF services
Testing
Login through SAP MMC in your web dispatcher (This has to be done on webdispatcher server)
Note: Make sure in your web dispatcher Capacity set to low in order to test these settings
Login user through webdispacher can be found as Number of Plug-In Users in SAP transaction code AL08
