Michael Rieder – SVP SAP Active Global Support EMEA – highlighted in a short video some of the benefits and latest innovations of SAP’s premium support engagements (SAP MaxAttention and SAP ActiveEmbedded). During SAPPHIRE NOW in Madrid Michael has spoken to lots of customers and thereby was able to receive valuable feedback. One of the hot topics he frequently heard from the clients was on how SAP’s support services can help to consume innovation in a fast way.
Also interesting to note is that customers more and more focus on the proactive elements of SAP’s support offerings. Receiving reactive support once there is an issue seems to be a commodity nowadays. A good support program not only helps keep systems stable but also continuously improves and optimizes the systems and business processes, and also helps to take advantage of innovations.
