In this video, Markus Schwarz, SVP and global head of SAP Education, shares impressions and insights from SAPPHIRE NOW Madrid. In addition to meeting with customers and partners on site, Markus was on hand to promote some of SAP Education’s latest offerings, including the “Public Edition” of SAP Learning Hub.
Standing in front of the SAP 40th Anniversary Wall, Markus was inspired by SAP’s history of innovation, commenting: “SAP is all about innovation. That’s why SAP Education is so exciting, because we are actually enabling our customers and partners to adopt and use this innovation for their business success.”
Having just attended the SAPPHIRE NOW keynotes, Markus noted that the keynote theme of customer experience particularly inspired him, prompting him to state: “We want to provide our customers and partners with a great learning experience.”
