Being Thanksgiving week, I would like to reflect on SAPPHIRE NOW Madrid last week.  What made it a fantastic week was the participation of our customers who shared their mobile experiences.  Syclo has over 600 customers who we had partnered with over the years.  And it truly is about partnering where we want to make a difference in improving their business processes.

They discussed how mobile has made their maintenance programs more efficient while having all their data accurately and quickly captured.  This has empowered them to make better decisions both in the field and from the office.  Scheduling tools such as MRS were also integrated to make sure resources were optimally utilized while being mobile.
