ALE configuration for MATMAS


On both sides(say Client 800 and Client 810):

  1. 1. Go to 'SALE'

     'SENDING AND RECEIVING SYSTEMS'

     ‘LOGICAL SYSTEMS’

     ‘DEFINE LOGICAL SYSTEM’(say MKCLNT800 and MKCLNT810)

     ‘ASSIGN CLIENT TO LOGICAL SYSTEM’

  1. 2. Setup RFC DESTINATIONS SM59

  1. 3. Port Destination WE21

     Create a tRFC port and assign the RFC DESTINATION which you created in Step 2.

In Source system:

Create a table and enter some records

Segment creation WE31

Basic IDOC Type Creation WE30

Message Type Creation WE81

Assign Message Type to Basic IDOC Type WE82

Distribution Model BD64

Writing Report Program SE38

Partner Profile WE20

In Destination System:

Creating FM SE37

Assign FM to Logical Message WE57

Define I/P method for Inbound FM BD51

Create Process Code WE42

Generate Partner Profile BD64

Execute the program from SE38

Check IDOCs WE02, WE05

Debug an idoc using BD87
