Cartoons for Customers
The title is in no way meant to be flippant. Design Thinking is one of the biggest trends of this year’s SAPPHIRE NOW. I learned from colleague Don Carmichael (a pub quizmaster by the way) that cartoonists and scribes were on hand in the customer interaction area to engage with customers.
