Introducing SAP 360 Customer: New Solution Ushers in Next Gen CRM on HANA

SAPPHIRE NOW 2012 Madrid served as the setting for the launch of SAP 360 Customer, a new solution introduced by SAP co-CEO Bill McDermott during his keynote today. The new solution uses the power of in-memory computing, cloud, mobility and collaboration to help organizations significantly change the way they engage with their customers beyond the traditional customer relationship management (CRM). The solution’s real-time and true 360-degree view of the customer will be based on the most accurate front-office interactions, back-office transactions and publicly available information from social networks. A key component of the SAP 360 Customer solution will be the SAP CRM application powered by SAP HANA.

SAP’s Tobias Hoppe-Boeken gave a short demo of the new solution at the Industries and Lines of Business Campus at SAPPHIRE NOW Madrid, including the views from both laptop and tablet device. To get a more in-depth look at SAP 360 Customer, attendees should stop by the Sales, Service and Marketing stand at the campus in Hall 10 through Nov.15.
