The time has passed when employees performed tedious and labour-intensive administrative tasks. With a digital personnel file, they can manage all staff information in a single application – whether it is in the form of data or documents.
You gain many benefits compared to a paper file. A digital personnel file is accessible to several people at once wherever they are, provided they have the appropriate access rights. Staff no longer need to copy or mail physical documents.
Processes are speeded up and many work steps can be simplified. For a limited period, you can also set up a secure guest access to a specific personnel file. For example, if it is planned to transfer an employee to a different department, a couple of mouse clicks are enough to release the personnel file for viewing by the potential future manager.
