What does Content Management mean in the HR space and landscape? Over the last couple of years we have seen an explosion of content. Content can involve documents, email, stock photography, key messages being pushed out to employees through the portal or messages distributed through social media. HR is looking into what can be done with this content, how it can be optimized, how to make sure the content impacting our processes are being effective and efficient.
HR has done a great job focusing on data, but with the content explosion over the last couple of years we need to start looking at how unstructured content and data and impacts all of our processes and efficiencies. How does this impact our business, and how can HR as a business partner align with the C-suite.
