SAPPHIRE Madrid is around the corner. In this post I will update you on all scheduled activities for HR planning and Analytics.

On-premise HR Analytics sessions

To highlight our premise HR Analytics portfolio we have three sessions planned; two demo sessions and one theater presentation session.

Tuesday and Thursday the demo session ‘Harness the Power of HR Analytics to Make Better Decisions Faster’ is scheduled. During this session I will demo our new Executive HR Reporting rapid-deployment solution and our planned Advanced HR Analysis rapid-deployment solution. 

This planned Advanced HR Analysis complements our Executive HR Reporting rapid-deployment solution. It enables to drill into details directly from the dashboards to get answers to business questions. The solution allows you to quickly answer questions, uncover problems and validate hunches. It includes over 20 predefined analysis types covering important HCM topics including workforce headcount, movement and cost, recruitment and talent management.  During the demo you will find out how HR analysists and business partners can visually explore and assess data, drill down to identify the root causes, and share findings with all stakeholders throughout the organization.

During Wednesday’s ‘Make Smarter Decisions with Human Resources Analytics’ theater session we will highlight the benefits for on-premise HR analytics. During this session you can experience how insight into the workforce can help executives, HR experts, and line managers across all departments to make the right workforce and business decisions. You can learn how you can better analyze, plan, and predict business performance. In addition, Philip Morris explains how HR analytics helps to support their business strategy and company goals.

Cloud HR Analytics sessions

In the SAPPHIRE cloud campus you can get a good overview of the SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics solution during the demo theater session: ‘Drive Better Business Outcomes with Data-Based Workforce Decisions’. You can learn how to identify key business metrics, benchmark people management programs, and address talent gaps before they negatively affect the business. During the session you will experience how SuccessFactors Workforce Planning and Workforce Analytics solutions help to optimize your business. This session will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday.

On Thursday there is a micro forum discussion on how to get quicker insight into what’s happening in your workforce. During the discussion you can learn how to identify turnover trends, find out what impact that has on business results, and how you can take follow-up action.

HR Planning and Analytics at the pods

At the HR demo station you can experience our on-premise analytics. Here you can experience how to get the right people in place to achieve business goals, monitor change, and make better decisions. This will help you to understand how to use talent management and analytics solutions to build a high-performance workforce.

For operational workforce planning you can go to the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) services pod. Here you can get updated on our planned new rapid-deployment solution for Operational Headcount Planning.

The planned SAP Operational Headcount Planning rapid-deployment solution aligns workforce plans with financial budgets. The solution reduces the amount of time spent on budgeting and improves the accuracy of the budget by providing one integrated process for all stakeholders. The solution helps you simplify salary and headcount planning in your organization.

You can learn how this solution enables you to execute planning in line with the strategic direction of the organization. This approach protects value in your organization by avoiding unnecessary hiring and creates value for the business by providing insight into the workforce and its cost. Experience how the business rules framework enables you to cascade salary and headcount planning into the organization and roll results up to the corporate level.

This planned rapid-deployment solution is built on the Business Planning and Consolidation platform, and provides preconfigured software based on best practices along with fixed-scope implementation services for a successful implementation at a predictable price, effectively eliminating cost overruns and project delays.

Cloud Campus pod

The SuccessFactors Workforce Planning and Analytics solutions are shown on the cloud campus demo pods. Here you can see how this solution helps to identify and measure the impact your workforce has on your overall business. Experience how executives can pinpoint and resolve issues with workforce analytics and planning software from SuccessFactors.

As you can see there is a big focus on HR planning and Analytics at SAPPHIRE.
