My colleague Mark Marcus asked me to join his “Blog it Forward” (BIF) challenge.  Here is Mark’s BIF Blog

I am currently participating in a social media pilot for SAP. In my day job, I work with customers to create and identify the value of their business strategies and determine how they can be enabled by technology.

Here are the questions he asked me to answer:

Provide a fun fact about your country or yourself and upload a photo

I work out of CT – we were just hit rather hard by Hurricane Sandy. In the midst of 75 MPH winds, my sister had her first baby, a little boy named Charley. Charley was almost named Sandy!  Here is a picture – he seems rather unphased but what a way to come into the world! photo.JPG

What was your dream job as a kid?

Rock star. Many hours of dancing, singing, and playing air guitar with siblings was apparently not the right recipe for success in this area!

What is your favorite place in the world?

So far, my favorite place in the world would have to be Hawaii. The nature is astoundingly beautiful and the people are so friendly. Other reasons why I would never turn down a trip to Hawaii:

  • scuba diving
  • whale watching
  • magnificent waterfalls and rainbows
  • Amazing hiking and refreshing ocean swimming

In keeping the BIF going, I am asking the following questions:

  1. What was your dream job as a kid?
  2. What is your favorite place in the world?
  3. What was the most fun project you ever participated in and why?

To the following people:

Mark Marcus, Colleen Walsh
