QC 11 and DEP compliance

Hello,

Previously, QC 11 required DEP ( Data Execution Prevention) to be turned off on client PCs in order for it to work with other testing tools like QTP.

With Patch 9 of QC 11, this requirement has been done away with. By applying Patch 9, you can still use QC 11 with DEP turned on.
