Have you already built your personal agenda for SAPPHIRE NOW in Madrid? Or are you rather feeling like this fellow: Michael no get an agenda. I hope not! Not having an agenda is one thing, but being a poor copy of David Brent must just be horrible… 😉

Anyway, here’s some help coming. You should start right away to select your sessions of interest via the official agenda builder. What’s next? You can simply browse through all the available sessions within the catalog, you can filter by speaker, you can search by key words, and you can follow some of my recommendations below.

I know you’re totally excited to learn about the latest innovations by SAP, fair enough! Think one step further: Who will help you to then leverage these innovations? The SAP Active Global Support organization (quick fact, did you know that there are 5,900+ SAP support engineers worldwide?) and its numerous support services will cover that. So that’s briefly said one of the key reasons why it is worth to stop by at our SAP Active Global Support Center in hall 9.

I also promised to help you fill up your personal agenda. Thus I have attached a picture that lists all the 18 microforum sessions that take place at our support area. I don’t expect that you can join all 18 sessions, though I would highly appreciate that. Therefore here’s a short selection of sessions that I personally claim to be a must-see:

Remove the Barriers to Innovation (AGS283)
This discussion details how to accelerate the adoption of Innovative technology, such as SAP HANA and mobile solutions from SAP. Explore how a unique combination of embedded support and engineering services can help you maximize the use of these innovations.

Improve and Innovate Your Business with Help from Premium Engagements (AGS296)
This discussion focuses on ways to implement and operate your business better and prepare for accelerated adoption of SAP technology and software innovations. Discover how the Monte dei Paschi di Siena Bank accomplished just that with help from SAP ActiveEmbedded services.

Upgrade with Speed and Security (AGS294)
This discussion evaluates how you can modernize your solution landscape in a way that boosts efficiency and accelerates innovation. Take your infrastructure to the next level by seizing the latest methodologies, tools, services, and hands-on guidance from support.

Definitely all great sessions! And I surely didn’t pick the third one just that the speaker, AGS colleague Jörg Rudat, will let me win the next of our legendary tennis matches. 😉
