Why customers choose SAP Partners – Relationships
We have spoken with a great deal of our customers to explore the most important reasons why they chose to become an SAP Partner. So over the course of a series of blogs, we are going to explore those reasons, starting with relationships.

Each day we are inspired by how our partners find creative solutions to business problems, and shorten the time to value. When German chemical distributor Nordmann, Rassmann GmbH (NRC) decided to replace its legacy software with an SAP Business All-in-One solution, it wanted to be sure of a smooth switchover.
The chemicals distributor relied on a third-party enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution that was more than ten years old, and its scope for development was becoming increasingly limited. With 11 subsidiaries, 260 employees and revenues of 270 million euros, NRC needed an up-to-date system that was accessible across the entire business that would deliver transparency with faster, easier access to information.
The right Partner, the right solution
Peter Lüers, the SAP In-House Consultant at NCR looked at several solutions with a variety of implementation partners. Lüers and the team opted for an SAP Business All-in-One solution and ITML as its SAP Partner.
