SAP TechEd Las Vegas served many needs: networking, learning about new technologies and what to do with them, workshops to pick up new tricks and skills, and of course for some getting out of the office and doing all of that, with a party or two thrown in.
For those of us in the Services business, it was our opportunity to begin speaking publicly about two new consulting services we’ve introduced designed to help customers not only make sense of SAP innovations, but guide them towards making them deliver tangible value for customers: Innovation Stewardship for Next-Generation Businesses; and Lifecycle Management for IT Operational Efficiency.
This short interview conducted during TechEd between my colleague Sylvia Santelli and Dr. Carsten Linz, business development officer, SAP Services, provides an introduction to the new offerings in this interview.
