Still growing ;), as part of the Primary Support Social Media Strategy Project, we are very happy to announce the official Facebook page for Primary Support, featuring Message Solving & Support Advisory Center (SAC).
Launched on 18 September 2012, our goal is to proactively communicate useful information generated by SAP AGS Primary Support like How to and correction’s notes, blogs and videos to our customers, partners and SAP consultants.
Our ‘new-born’ Facebook page works in parallel with our Twitter account (@SAP_Gsupport). New tweets are replicated as a post on Facebook, so we can communicate with both audiences at the same time.
No 140 characters limitation in Facebook allows us to comment or explain more in detail the tweets posted. Facebook gives us the great opportunity of interacting with our customers and partners, and get closer to them. Would you like to know the real face of Primary Support engineers?. We’re looking forward to sharing not only the information but our activities and interest.
