Gratitude and doing the right thing at every turn are two of the core principles at Syclo.  Beginning at the top of the organization with our founder and CEO Rich Padula, Syclo is always looking for ways to give back to the community and make the world a better place.  And for Syclo, that effort begins right here at home in the greater Chicagoland area and across the U.S.A.

One program that is especially close to the heart of Syclo is Feeding America, an organization dedicated to feeding America's hungry through a nationwide network of member food banks.

To help Feeding America exceed its goals, Syclo donated the time, technology and mentoring to Feeding America so they could streamline their processes and enable greater food and assistance availability to hungry Americans across the country.

Developers from both Feeding America and Syclo worked together using team development tools within Agentry, Syclo’s leading mobile platform, to create the custom solution.  In order to maximize the effort and provide as much assistance and return to all those who will benefit from the solution, Syclo has also donated custom services, free training and mentoring over the life of the project.  The company also included enough software licenses to cover all of Feeding America’s organization at no charge.

Both Syclo and Feeding America want a new reality.  It’s our joint vision to have a hunger-free America.  By working together, we can help ensure that the Feeding America Network, which has 202 community food banks where they distribute food through 61,000 agencies and serve more than 37 million Americans, have enough resources to reach every hungry American.

It’s a tall order, but it’s one that Syclo is proud to be involved with and we’re going to continue working with Feeding America and its partner network to help end hunger in America.
