SAP is growing and in order to cater for the expected demand for SAP Skilled consultants SAP China launched the Services Capability Program earlier this year to ensure the expected demand for SAP skilled consultants was adequately met in the Ecosystem in China.
With this fast growth in mind, we have been receiving concerns from customers around issues related to the quality of some of the partner led SAP implementations. It has been our finding that most of the issues related to implementations can be tracked down to the quality of consultants on the project team lacking an understanding of the customers’ business and an understanding of the SAP implementation methodology.
SAP Trained and Certified Consultants can have a substantial effect on the above issue.
We would hence encourage you towards investing in getting your resources trained in SAP authorized education content with attached certification.
To support YOU SAP has launched the following initiatives with SAP Education:
Guaranteed to Run Schedule of Public Classes – a Guaranteed to Run published list of classes are made available for 2012 which allows our partners to plan their consultants training time well in advance, as well as knowing that last minute bookings can also be done. Top Strategic Classes – a lower course price is available for partners for selected, top strategic classes for the remainder of 2012. The 40% lower investment point for partners on Partner Edge, with agree training plans between SAP and the Partner, is a step in the growth process to encourage the growth of properly skilled resources in China. Certification included in the course price – partners attending SAP Education courses can sit the SAP Certification exam within one month of taking the training at no additional charge. The cost for certification is normally RMB9,540 .
