Have you heard about the availability of a great new healthcare customer success story in the area of HL7 communication?

The customer is the Haga Ziekenhuis, the largest medical facility in the Hague region of the Netherlands. Their story talks about how they were able to improve communication from the admission desk to patient billing and thus increase patient safety and also efficiency in the medical treatment process.

Alex de Vries and his colleagues from the HAGA Hospital connected more than 300 heterogeneous systems together. Based on SAP NetWeaver PI and the Integration Adapter for Healthcare (IAH), they run HL7 v2 messaging and have established a Service-oriented Architecture.
