Some say that you’re judge by the company you keep. Perhaps so.  All the more reason why we’re really excited here @SAPSocialOD to announce our sponsorship of two of This Week in Tech’s premier podcasts – The Social Hour (hosted by @Sarahlane and @Ambermac), and This Week in Enterprise Tech (TWiET) (hosted by @padresj).

The Social Hour is regarded as one of the most influential podcasts addressing the Social Media Space – covering both the consumer and the enterprise side of the equation.  This Week in Enterprise Tech – one of the newest shows on the @TWIT network delivers practical insights into enterprise computing, networking, security and enterprise applications. SAP Social OnDemand, and SAP Social Media Analytics live at this intersection of Social – and the Enterprise – and we’re thrilled with the opportunity to sponsor these shows – and introduce this audience of big thinkers to SAP’s social media solutions.

In the last few episodes these shows have explored the unfortunate side of “when things go wrong in enterprise social media,” how Facebook and Twitter are rolling out new capabilities for their advertisers, and virtualization and enterprise network management. No matter your role (social media expert or CIO), chances are one – or perhaps both – of these shows are a great investment of an hour of your time, and we’re as excited to introduce SAP customers to these shows as we are to introduce SAP social media solutions to the audiences of these shows.   You can subscribe to these podcasts via iTunes, Zune, your Podcast client of choice, or access the shows directly from the Social Hour or TWIET show pages.

This Week in Tech – a network of tech (and tech adjacent netcasts) is lead by @leolaporte – who has himself been making life easier for tech consumers for decades.

To our friends at TWiET, The Social Hour, and TWIT – keep up the great work – and thanks for helping us introduce social media for the enterprise to your audience.
