Next week during the Pivot Conference (October 15 and 16 in New York City), SAP will be unveiling the Social Media Today 2012 Social Customer Index Report.   This is a research report that surveyed 548 social marketing experts about their views on how well their organizations are leveraging social media in support of their customer service and support processes.
