Our first product is a semantic-engine for the enterprise that helps companies' employees find the internal domain experts with the answers, saves duplicate work and capture knowledge. All in a transparent way using the existing communication channels that the organization is already using like emails and Social business software. The engine already helps hundreds of companies improve significantly their work capacity.
We have recently launched our second product LightTower. LightTower solution allows professional services teams to seamlessly build a constantly evolving knowledge-base of questions and answers through email exchanges. The system score and rank different team members as experts on specific topics. We found this to significantly increase responses to questions, as well as identify new experts within the team. Customers who use Senexx LightTower increased the overall quality of service and reduced project costs.
In order to reach our mission we are trying to truly connect people in real time. With our new People Search product, we help employees see who can help them from their own company and their outside networks.
The problem was that we couldn’t provide a real time solution – a must requirement for this type of product, due to traditional DB capabilities. With more than 750,000 request to the DB every two seconds we faced a real problem.
We then heard about SAP HANA and the rest was history. The transition was seamlessly and we were up and running in almost no time. We can now provide our people Search to all of our customers, linking back between Yammer SBS and LinkedIn and the Senexx expertise location in real time, inside the Google search interface.
