Trying out Integration Option for Microsoft Sharepoint with BusinessObjects

A fellow employee attended Eventful’s SharePoint conference this year, and asked about Integration Option for MS SharePoint (IOMS) with BusinessObjects.  We installed it as a trial last week.  See below for observations.

After logging on to MS SharePoint 2010, this is the out of the box screen (using Internet Explorer 8):

I am sure using standard MS SharePoint functionality you can customize by changing the announcements.

The inbox you can share and e-mail reports, as shown above, and click on the report and it will display the report

More to come!

MS SharePoint provides a familiar interface to many users.

I don't know - I didn't do the installation.  Our DBA did.  He followed the install guide from help.sap.com
