Thursday September 27th there was a SAP ADM Webinar session. The presenters of this session were Raimar Hoeliner and Jan Musil, and the session was recommended for all project managers, program managers and lead delivery consultants in SAP ecosystem. Here the attendees learned about the evolution of ASAP methodology into one integrated framework that supports delivery of SAP projects from expert through design-based projects to engineered service offerings. Furthermore a discussion took place on how ASAP 8 support delivery of projects that follow the principles of ‘assemble-to-order’ approach introduced in the SAP Advanced Delivery Management.
