SAP Inside Track NL (#sitNL) – The SAP TechEd XPerience 2012

sitNL2012_v2.png

sitNL is on again

For a fourth time we offer you the possibility to relive the SAP TechEd vibe in the Netherlands. Join SAP Inside Track, sitNL in short, and learn from your SAP community peers.

But let’s start with the amazing news, Haseenah has promised to be our chef again! This is really great news, ask last year participants for confirmation. Haseenah, aka as Mrs. Penninkhof, offered a really tasty dinner in 2011 that exceeded all expectations.

SAP Inside Track

SAP Inside Tracks are all about sharing knowledge, meeting up with your peers and have great discussions (SAP and non-SAP related).

So let’s do that again on December 8th from 10:00 to 19:00 in Eindhoven.

Learn by sharing

If you are going to attend SAP TechEd, please consider hosting a session at sitNL.

  • What are your insights,
  • How did you experience the workshops,
  • Where do you see the practical use of all the new SAP NetWeaver features.

You will be rewarded with an enthusiastic audience that just might become your new SAP friends.

You can register and add session proposals via our sitNL wiki page.

Last years predictions

In 2011 we asked the attendees to predict the 2012 future.

Really looking forward to see what becomes the truth at this years SAP TechEd.

DemoJam

To conclude our community day we have planned a real DemoJam, with a real clock, real working SAP NetWeaver magic and a real audience. Don’t hesitate and send in your session! This year we will follow the rules and offer only 6 minutes to do your show 😉

Quiz

New in our line up is a quiz hosted by Sven van Leuken. Make sure you pay attention in Las Vegas or Madrid in order to know the answers to the questions. And, of course, just like in a real quiz you can win prizes.

sitNL in short

  • Highly valued sessions by peers
  • Insight in latest SAP NetWeaver tricks
  • Networking with fellow SAP NetWeaver enthusiasts
  • DemoJam session with inspirational ideas
  • A very special evening dinner
  • Quiz with great prizes
  • Fun!

Social? Of course 😉

See you December 8th!

What's unique for a sit in NL? Difficult question, let me try to answer.

      • The Netherlands is a small country, but has a high percentage of SAP implementations and professionals.
      • As NL is small, almost every SAP consultant is able to drive back home after his working day. No flights, no hotel nights - which is good for your family life 😉
      • Lots of SAP NetWeaver enthusiasts.
      • Make sure of the fun element: low barrier entry DemoJam, quiz, lounge area to rest from all knowledge sessions.
      • After party, enjoy a beer or soda and discuss about all kind of things. Whiskey, sitNL, SAP TechEd, life, ...
      • Experience hospitality, even beyond company borders, share knowledge and enjoy a special dinner by a great chef.

      And hopefully

      • A keynote by Marilyn to explain your vision on communities, collaboration and knowledge sharing. How to benefit and how to lower the barrier for new-born-SAP-specialists.

I see you listed "HANA and NoSQL" on last years predictions. And you were right!!

You can see on my summary from this year's SBOUC conference what integration scenarios with Hadoop became available in SAP Analytics products (in addition to HANA, obviously :-)): http://bit.ly/OIIq0Y

      Cheers.

      Kind regards

I do not want to bore with my HANA story any longer 🙂 So, I just sneak it into my overall Developer Center session 🙂

I've bought a ticket and booked a hotel, so no way to escape for me!

Can't wait to see you again at #sitNL. The event is an annual highlight I won't miss, especially since you folks are so generous to let me do off-topic sessions. 😉
