PI 7.31 dual stack vs single stack

I was at a IFG for PI (International Focus Groups the old GSIG). I talked with Holger Himmelmann and Michal Krawczyk on the train to Stockholm.

The conversation went into 7.3.1 dual stack vs single stack. I learned that the dual stack did not support BPMN or IFlows which is a large part of getting a 7.31. So on the way back I recorded this video.
