Adobe form for “Status Update Activity”

HI,

  I am new to Interactive Adobe Forms..

 

” My requirement is, I have 10 input fields , 5 fields are editable , 5 fields are non editable .  I  need to press the  submit button, after filling the 5 editable fields, based on these input data , i need to fetch the corresponding data from the one DB table and to populate the remaining 5 non editable  fields”.

Can you please  guide me “how to handle the BUTTON  action in ADOBE FORMS”.

      You can achieve this via use of web services.
