Routing - Parallel sequence

Hi experts,

We have below requirements, how to map this scenarios to
SAP?

We need created routing for semi-finished product, operation
like pre-treatment, steam-vessel, extractor.

Material – 10565, Qty 3000 KG

Opr 10 – Pre-treatment

Opr 20 – Steam-vessel 1, Steam-vessel 2, Steam-vessel 3

Opr 30 – Extrator

Opr 10, 30 there is no issue, but Opr 20 have to follow parallel
each 1000 KG, how to split it?

So, can we use parallel seq in Opr 20? Or any idea bout this?
