How to select “Chart or Table” as a User Response in Crystal Report 2008

This Document will allow the user to select “Chart or Table” as a parameter in the Report according to their requirement. If the user wants to see only chart in the report then user can select chart as the parameter value and pass, if the user need table means then user can select the table as the parameter value and view the report.

Step 1

• Open a Blank Report in Sap Crystal report 
• select the database
• click ok

• And In the Page Header and the Detail go to Suppress(No Drill-Down)
• Write a formula   {?Chart or Table}=’Chart’

• Enter Chart as a parameter
• Click ok
