WHT Minimum amount accumulation

Dear SAP guru’s

WHT config is complete and  working fine,  but new WHT type was created where accumulation tick was not checked, and for same WHT type minimum WHT amount was set. due to this the Minumum wht tax was not affted to the document posted, and the same is in production. many documents are posted and when the minumum limit is crossed WHT tax is not deducted. Now how to capture the old Documents posted to the WHT tax type newly created. many documents are cleared. please provide suitable solution.
