What’s in the name?

Just after SAP announced acquisition of Successfactors, Successfactors announced the acquisition of Jobs2Web. On that day, there was more excitement about this acquisition, than the SF acquisition itself.

A reader who read my last post about ERC-Jobs2Web Hybdrid integration sent me a note, that moving forward Jobs2Web will be referred to as Successfactors Recruiting Marketing.  SF Recruiting solution along with SF Recruiting Marketing will be referred as the ERecruiting Execution (Rx).

While I have not seen the SF Recruiting solution yet, I have been very excited about Jobs2Web. It will be interesting to see if SF Recruiting Solution can gain marketshare compared to Taleo (now part of Oracle).

Wait for my next post, where I will list my top “Must-Haves” in SF Rx.

      Hi Venki,

Thanks for sharing this information. Is SF Recruiting Marketing going to be a viable solution as UI (instead of WDA ABAP) on top of SAP E recruitment or SF is planning to use it with SF recruiting solution only ?

I would highly recommend SF Recruiting Marketing as the candidate UI on to of the SAP E-Rec on-premise solution.  Check out microsoft career webpage for a feel of it. Microsoft is an existing SAP E-Rec on premise customer and they have implemented SF RM as the candidate UI. You can also at Hersheys career webpage.
