With the introduction of SAP HANA, SAP developers from all backgrounds can now exploit the power of a columnar, in-memory database. To fully leverage the power of SAP
HANA, developers need to learn to push more of the application processing down into the database. This is done by writing more of the logic in SQL and SQLScript. In this hands-on session, we will cover the introductory basics of SQLScript in SAP HANA as well as cover some of the most common troubleshooting techniques. We will also see some more advanced techniques such as how to integrate R (programming language) into SAP HANA processing via SQLScript.
All sessions are offered in Las Vegas (Oct 15-19), Madrid (Nov 13-16) and Bangalore (Nov 28-30). Some of these sessions might also be offered in Shanghai (Dec 4-5), but the final session schedule is not available yet.
