How to Restrict excess qty while confirming production order

Dear PP Gurus,

I have created production order from plan order with 1000 qty. At present, my SAP ECC6 allows my users to confirm production qty more than 1000 also.

For example, 1005. I need to put a control / check in the system in such a way that additional qty more than production order qty can not be confirmed.

I am using t-code : Co11.

After browsing, I could find out that user exit CONFPP02 can be used but I dont know how to code it.

Could you please guide me how to restrict it?
