Thanks for sharing this quarterly. I must say I am very touched by Matthias article on Mentor-Mentee relationship and completely agree with his views. I feel all of us get our Mentors in different ways and may be at different stages of life. As is said by Jack Welch that it is not necessary to have one Mentor throughout the life. Mentee's acknowledgement of being priviledged to have a Mentor is must! Thanks.
