1316872 so the attributes are transferred to the BRF+ layer in all other clients.
1362549 so you can create rule policies, rule sets and rules in the required system (development, quality, or production system).

Services to be Activated[SICF]:
Start the configuration in SPRO using the SAP bestpractice guide.
Using Webui start creating the hierarchy of Territories[Business role: SALESPRO,Path-“Sales Operations -> Territories”].
Add rules for assigning accounts.If you are unable to create rules:
First Check Territory management attribues in config:IMG-> CRM-> Master data -> Territory Management -> Territory Attributes -> Maintain Territory Attributes.
Check Rule Policy Type ID ‘TM’, with rule objects BP, PR & SA.
If they do not exist manually apply note: 1316872 – Copy Rule Attributes in Client 000 to Transport request.
Define the Rule set in the Web UI. Use navigation bar link: “Sales Operations -> Rule policies for Rule builder.
Rename the Rule Policy.Create a Rule Set based on what attributes you want to use.
DO NOT use the Rule Policy builder to create rules.
Use the territory to maintain the rules.
In Case you need to filter the Business Partners to be assigned to territories using custom attributes like a value of Marketting attribute.Define it in customizing and implement the BADI CRM_TERRMAN_ATTRIB and use the method PROCESS_RELNSHPS to query the same.
After rules are set,schedule a background job for running the report CRM_TERRMAN_PROC_REL .
Once you implement the Territory Management:
1.Territory ID and Territory Desciption would be available as a selection criteria in Account/Contact search,Opportunity search and Activity Search.
2.In task header while creation,territoryid would be available as dropdown.
3.For creation of opportunity,a popup will appear if multiple territories are found for the employee responsible entered.
