We’re glad to announce that we have started up the project’s pilot phase on last August 13th. We’re now covering CRM, HCM and BI areas from all the SAP Global Support Centers (Austria, Brazil, Canada, China, India, Ireland and Spain) as well as relevant information from the SAP Support Advisory Center (SAC) in Ireland.
