Hi,

In ST 7.10, Support Package 5 the Change request management having option to check and create the Number range interval in single place using CRM UI

Step :1 Goto solman_setup -> IT service management ->Change request management -> 3,2 Maintain transcation type

Step :2

Select the transcation type which we need to dispaly or change the number range

Step:3

If we want to create the new number range or delet the teh existing number range. click the Maintain number range

new CRM UI screen will open, follow the below step to create the new interval and deletion.

    Hi Karthik

    When we execute solman_setup, we can’t see IT Service Management on the left hand side, we have Solution Manager 7.1, sp05. We have these options on left pane
