Hello SAP BCM Community Members,

Welcome to the new Community for SAP Business Communications Management. I am happy that we now have a good place to gather together SAP BCM and contact center expertise from all over the world. Whether it is about integrations, queue management, IVR, or any other contact center topic, most likely there is somebody out there who has already faced and solved a similar situation.

The aim of this forum is to share knowledge about SAP BCM best practices in order to save time for us all and help ensure successful customer implementations. We have gathered here documents and videos to help you in your daily work. Check out for example our new “How to” videos about configuration and installation examples.

Our own SAP BCM colleagues will be active members in this forum, adding new material and answering questions in the discussion forum. In addition we welcome all our partners and customers to join the discussion and share their valuable insights. Let’s make this an active forum for contact center experts to learn, share and connect.
