Due to 0 Records in source system the Info package was still in yellow in process chain

Case 1.  To make Infopackage automate green goto SPRO T-code and Select SAP Netweaver ->>Business warehouse->>Automated Process ->>Extraction Monitor Settings ->> Set Traffic Light Color

Once you click on Set Traffic Light Color you will receive the below POP up window. Choose the appropriate option.

Note:  The above settings will be applicable to all Info Package’s. To make single Infopackage settings do the following.

Case 2: Goto RSA1 for respective Infopackage-> Scheduler under Menu option and select Traffic light color for Empty Requests.

Then automatically your Infopackage will be green in the process chain and will process to another step,even though it extracts zero records.
