We are now in our third year of asking customers and partners what they think about the SAP Support Portal. Based on the feedback from previous years, we ran usability studies focusing on certain tasks in the SAP Support portal. These studies allowed us to see how easy or difficult it was for you as a support site user to complete these tasks. I am pleased to say that we now have a SAP Support Portal redesign project team focused on creating a world class support portal based on customer feedback, using customer language, and derived from customer input and research.
