- 1.When we get JCO_COMMUNICATION_FAILURE issue during mapping runtime that means integration ingine unable to sonnect with JAVA system.
Please check the AI_RUNTIME_<SID> TCP/IP RFC connection whether it is working or not. You need check from al the application servers whether it is working fine or not. In our case this RFC was not working as JAVA engine was stopped.
Sometimes you will get above error. If you get this sign that mean there may be communication issue between ABAP and java componenet or issue between PI or other systems from a particular application servers. So, you need to check the communications from all the applications .
NOTE:Sometime this error will delay the messages delivery as it will try with application servers next time until it process the messages successfully.
