SAP has teamed up with best-in-breed technology players to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.  We are working with OpenText’s smart receipt recognition services so a quick snapshot of a receipt from your smartphone is translated into machine-readable information and automatically pre-populates the expense report.  Customers are provided even greater flexibility with Amadeux, SAP’s newest addition to online booking tools.  Further streamlining will come from SAP’s collaboration with AirPlus International.  Together, we plan to provide automated, near field communication (NFC) mobile payment processing.  This will both reduce costs and simplify the credit card clearing process on the back-end, ultimately reducing the effort on the part of the traveler.

With our quarterly release cycles of new features, updates, partnerships and country versions, SAP has shown its dedication to innovation.  SAP has even doubled investment since the March 2012 launch of SAP Travel OnDemand.
