I’m pleased to announce that we’ve taken another important step in accelerating our social software strategy with the addition of Anthony Leaper to the the Enterprise Social Software team. Anthony will be driving our go-to-market strategy and follow through for our social software strategy focusing on collaborative solutions for sales, service, and marketing. I’ve known Anthony for a long time and am excited by the wealth of experience he’s bringing to the table. Most recently at SAP, Anthony led solution management and go-to-market for all of SAP’s solutions for sales, service, and marketing globally and prior to that led go-to-market for the SAP Business Suite. Before SAP, he helped drive cloud CRM in EMEA for Oracle providing product development direction, customer consultations on business and technology strategy, and defined solution landscapes and architectures. Additionally, Anthony was a founding member of Siebel’s European sales organization focusing on tools, data models, and integration. In all cases, Anthony focused on delivering value to companies and their customers, enabling key insights, improving intimacy, and delighting customers beyond their expectations.
Anthony’s 22 years of experience provides the perfect foundation for delivering on SAP’s mission to provide social and collaborative capabilities for customers, employees, and suppliers to shorten sales cycles, increase customer engagement, improve campaign effectiveness, and reduce service response times.
